My name is Tom, I’m 14 and I live in Napanee. It’s a small province in Canada. I live with my Mom and Sister. My dad left us a few years back, and to be perfectly honest I don’t miss him. He was a brutally disgusting man. He used to beat my mother, and molest my older sister until my mother finally put a bullet in his torso, and he decided to leave or he knew she’s kill him. Yeah, I don’t miss him at all.
Now, things are a bit more civil in our house. We all have a great relationship. We literally sit down at dinner and make jokes about our time with our father. Our mom’s a great sport, and sis doesn’t let his rape bother her as most people would. My sister Jessica enjoyed spending time with me too, which was interesting because I always thought siblings aren’t supposed to get along, but we did, and well too.
